I confirm that the donated items are free of charge, not expired or hazardous, and are being given with the intent to support WholeHearted’s mission and various programs and initiatives.
I understand that WholeHearted is a social enterprise and not a charity. While items will be distributed to various charities, a tax receipt cannot be provided.
Are items boxed and ready for shipment?
